Me personally I would rather give my business to a business that cares for its clients and wants to provide excellent customer service. The groomer answering the phone acted rude basically acted as they didn't need the business. Due to my recent expirences I placed a call to cancel the remainder of the appointments for the rest of the year. Secondly I usually schedule the baths in advanced by months. The groomers typically act frantically and frustrated if you cannot p ick your dog up within 20min from the time of there call. Unfortunately this can cause issues if you are not avaliable to pick up your dog right away. The new owner is requiring the groomers to close when the last dog is completed most of the time is in the middle of the day with no warning. We never had any issues without the previous owners.

His appointments are 2 times a month on a regular schedule. My dog, a english golden retreiver, has been going to this Spa for almost 5 years.
